I started this company to become the guide that I didn't have when I first started. Before NGBS, I registered my first LLC and had no idea what to do next. That led me to make some costly mistakes that could have been avoided if I had proper guidance and advice. By fate I ended up working at a corporate filing firm. There, I learned the importance of starting a business with the proper foundation. I also learned that I wasn't the only one lost and confused when it came to starting a business. After that, I found a great mentor who provided the guidance I needed to take strategic action. So many entrepreneurs like myself have started and stopped out of frustration and confusion. Many people have been sitting on a business idea that could change the world, but they feel overwhelmed and confused about where to begin and how the process works. We're here to provide options and resources for anyone who dares to dream big and bring their vision to life.

We take a collaborative approach to consulting, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized solutions. For entrepreneurs who are starting from scratch, we offer services such as brainstorming sessions. In these sessions, we create a digestible business/ marketing plan together, along with a projected launch timeline. Our goal in these sessions is to nurture and build out their plan so they leave feeling confident and ready to launch. We assist with business registration and other filings, while also educating them on the importance of maintaining compliance with the state where they conduct business. We also offer simple filing services for entrepreneurs who are clear on what they need to do but just need someone to handle the paperwork. This includes business registration, EIN, business license/ tax certificates, annual report filings, assistance with establishing business credit, and more.
